Area Manager, Sr. Sales Executive for Germany

The Candidate will be responsible for generating revenue for DREAM GLASS GROUP`S Smart Glass division through the sale of specialized smart glass products. DREAM GLASS GROUP is looking for a highly motivated sales professional to service and grow the German Market. You will interface and build relationships with architects, interior designers, glass companies, general contractors and other.

  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding quota defined revenue targets.
  • In partnership with Sales Director, define and map strategy to succeed in penetrate and maximize revenue opportunities in the assigned channels.
  • Prospect and identify new customers while being out in the field.
  • Track leads, prospects, customers, potential customer opportunities, and sales orders.
  • Work with Marketing to participate in relevant fairs, trade shows, conferences, exhibitions etc.
  • Determine the most appropriate literature and advertising program for associated products and ensures successful dissemination of information.
  • Carry out responsibilities in accordance with organization’s mission, vision, policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Extensive sales and business development experience in the area of Glass
  • Min 3 years in technical sales preferred.
  • Strong business and sales acumen.
  • High proficiency level of English required.
  • Successful track record in meeting and exceeding sales quota.
  • Up to 80% travel in territory
